Ethnic Food Culture

Hi ya'll*,

Recently I've been checking out this site Food By Country and reading about various country's ethnic foods & eating traditions. This kind of thing really fascinates me... but, I always wonder how accurate it is.

Regardless I love trying to make authentic dishes from around the world and will do my level best to make it authentic in as much as I know how.**

So how about you? Do you like a specific type of ethnic cuisine (e.g. Italian, Chinese, Mexican, etc.), if so tell me about in the comment section*** below I'd love to hear about what recipes/dishes**** you've tried!
